Fees and Billing

As a Licensed Naturopathic Physician, I am insurance eligible for all insurance carriers in Washington State. After years of being an in-network clinician for various insurance providers, I have left the panels of all insurance networks other than Regence and Premera. Many of my patients see me on an out-of-network basis; these members typically receive out-of-network reimbursement from their insurers that covers a significant portion of the cost of services. The specific amount of this reimbursement depends on your plan, and your insurer will be able to tell you exactly what this reimbursement would be.

To facilitate your receipt of out-of-network reimbursement, I will provide you with the statements your insurer requires.

My fee is $165 per session. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can supply a superbill to submit for reimbursement. I offer a sliding scale in select cases.

You may cancel an appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If you have not given 48 hours notice for any reason, you'll be responsible for paying for your reserved time slot. Of course, benefit companies will not cover missed appointments. This payment will be due at our next meeting.

Please note that in the case of a late arrival, appointments will still end at their scheduled time.
